Macaws are members of the parrot family. You can find macaws naturally in the rain forests of Central, South America, and Mexico. They have extremely strong beaks which help them break up seeds and nuts with ease. Their bright colors help them blend into their surroundings. Squawking is their way of communicating in the jungle. They are also capable of imitating human words as well. Macaws have a lifespan of up to 50 years.
